EKG Technician Program

EKG Technician. EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic EKG reading is a lifelong skill that starts at MedEdNow. Upon completing this course, the EMT or Paramedic student will know Basic 3 Lead ECG and earn CEU’s through CAPCE.  Students will be able to describe the components of an ECG, using a systematic approach.  12 lead ECG interpretation follows the basic EKG course. The student will review a variety of conditions and their corresponding ECG changes. The goal of this course is to advance the learners’ knowledge from basic ECG interpretation to advanced. In addition, more comprehensive rhythms are presented, as well as  ST-segment myocardial infarction (STEMI). EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic EKG proficiency in one day, and all online.
