By submitting information and taking classes from Medicalednow.com, you are allowing us to send such information to your state accreditation entity. Information sent to your state accreditation entity may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, phone number, classes taken, scores in such classes, your licensing number, and other information as required by your state accreditation entity to ensure that you receive credit for your classes taken.
Data Medicalednow.com Stores
All information posted to this site, including account and purchase information, is stored in Medicalednow.com database, even after “deletion,” and may be archived elsewhere.
Medicalednow.com web logs and other records are stored indefinitely. This may include any information you supply to Medicalednow.com and your browsing history. However, Medicalednow.com cannot guarantee access to these records by third parties for more than seven business days after the original information was submitted, except for information about classes purchased and class status which will be kept as required by law. Information about classes available to be used will be available for two years from the date of purchase.
Although Medicalednow.com makes good faith efforts to store personal information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, Medicalednow.com cannot guarantee complete security. While we also use security to secure the site, any information posted on your public Medicalednow.com profile and any discussion boards, including class boards, are made available to the public and/or individuals in your class.
Medicalednow.com may store information in an off-site location, which may or may not be located in the United States and may not be bound by the laws of the United States.
Archiving and display of Medicalednow.com webpages by search engines and other sites
Search engines and other sites not affiliated with Medicalednow.com – including Google.com, Bing.com, and Yahoo.com – archive or otherwise make available Medicalednow.com’s webpages. Medicalednow.com has no control over third-party archiving and search engine sites and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information stored by search engine sites.
Circumstances in which Medicalednow.com may release information
Medicalednow.com may disclose information about its users if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes.

Medicalednow.com may disclose your information to your state accreditation board. If you do not wish Medicalednow.com to disclose information to your state accreditation board, you may notify Medicalednow.com in writing of such. Upon receipt of such notification, Medicalednow.com will not release any information to your state accreditation board except that required by law. However, if you request that Medicalednow.com does not release information, you agree and acknowledge that you may not get credits that you have earned through Medicalednow.com.
Medicalednow.com may disclose your information to other business entities, should Medicalednow.com plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity.
Credit Card Information
All purchases made through the MedEdNow website are handled by Stripe Payment Services. Please see Stripe Privacy Policy regarding payments made through its website. MedEdNow does not store or gather credit card information through the MedEdNow website.
All payments made for services are subject to our Terms of Use; refunds for CME Courses are not given.
International Users
Medicalednow.com welcomes international users to browse the site. International Website Users consent to all the terms of service and this privacy agreement. International users waive any and all remedies that they may have based on the laws of their country.
