Research in EMS

Over the last decade, data-driven, evidence-based research has shown to promote improved safety and quality of patient care.  Pre-hospital medicine has evolved from “lets try it and see if it works” to a decision-making, evidence based culture.  There is still a ways to go but it is leading the way for community paramedic’s, as well as other roles for the prehospital provider.  In this course the ems provider will learn different methods of Ems research and a basic overview of definitions and processes used in evidence based research in ems.

This course is for the BLS & ALS Provider.
