The purpose of this program is to provide nurses with an extensive review of medical errors and malpractices that occur in any medical facility. The program will look at the most common medical errors that happen, reasons why these errors occur, and consequences.

- Minimizing medical errors strategies
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Psychological impact on patients and staff
This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
