Flight & Critical Care Review Course
This review course is approved by the International Board of Specialty Certifications (IBSC®) and the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). The course meets the recertification requirements for currently certified FP-C® and/or CCP-C®. UMBC accepts all 36 hours of CE toward recertification requirements of CCEMTP®.
Course Learning Objectives
The objectives for this course are aligned from the Flight Paramedic Certification (FP-C®), Critical Care Certification (CCP-C®) and the CCEMTP® outline; creating a comprehensive list of critical care objectives.
The content and concepts covered in this course are designed for flight and critical care providers and include in-depth reviews of a variety of topics relative to the Critical Care practitioner.
?The Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing (BCEN) does not specifically approve or endorse any particular courses. However, we have confirmed with BCEN that they will accept all 36 hours of this course toward your recertification.
Preparing to test?
Providers wishing to obtain Critical Care certification including FP-C® or CCP-C® may use this course to review concepts prior to taking the examinations. The content and concepts covered in this course are designed for the advanced Emergency Care provider and include in-depth reviews of a variety of topics relative to the Critical Care practitioner.
Successful completion of this course will meet the minimum requirements for recertification of the IBSC® FP-C® and CCP-C® certifications.
Upon completion of this course learners will be prepared to take the FP-C® and CCP-C® examinations if they so choose.
